Roasting really brings out a different side of vegetables! Tossing them with balsamic and dried cranberries sounds delicious!

I love roasting brussels sprouts. I never used to like them because my mother always steamed them. I roast them and then drizzle with balsalmic vinegar and toss with dried cranberries or dried cherries as a roasted brussels sprout side dish salad. Delish!
